Winemaker Craig Hawkins from Testalonga is not called ‘the most exciting winemaker to hit the South African wine scene’ for nothing.
Having travelled all over the world, Craig has learned to create a unique style of wine. He doesn’t bottle polished soft everybodies darling wine – his philosophy is quite different. He wants to experiment and bottle even the most difficult and complex things. The result is low-intervention wines that are lively and very enjoyable to drink!
